SHIPPING POLICY
Make sure to enter your shipping information (State & Zip Code) during checkout to see your available rates.
Local orders: (Ohio and Indiana) will have the best shipping rates.
Orders under 1lb (ex.. an 11oz tin and a tart) will cost $5.00 to ship.
Orders up to 11.25lbs will cost $8.00 to ship.
Orders up to 20lbs will cost $10.00 to ship.
Orders 20+ lbs will cost $13.00 to ship.
All other orders: Shipping is determined by weight of your order and your distance from Ohio. We try to make sure we offer the best possible rates to all of our customers. We currently use USPS and UPS to ship.

During the current season, we expect most orders to be processed within 1-4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
USA Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 1-8 business days. Please allow for delays during the holiday season.
RETURN POLICY
We want purely happy customers!

All returns must be processed within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unlit. Please return the product in its original packaging, so the product can arrive undamaged. Refunds will be given as a store credit only.

Shipped items only: For breakage, please email us at puresensecandleohio@gmail.com, with a photo of the broken product(s) and we will happily re-ship a new product!

*Due to inventory, all Venmo payments must be made within 48 hours or your order will be canceled. Sorry for an inconvenience but we need to keep our inventory up to date.
We do not accept cash on delivery, check, Bitcoin, or money orders.
